### Full technique — 9 steps

1. Place each foot in a strap of the suspension trainer and set your hands on the floor in a high plank.
2. Set your shoulders directly over your hands, straighten your legs, and form a straight line from head to heels.
3. Tighten your stomach, squeeze your glutes, and keep your neck neutral with eyes slightly ahead.
4. Bend your elbows and lower your body as one unit until your chest nears the floor.
5. Press through your palms until your elbows are fully extended.
6. At the top, shift your weight onto one hand and rotate your body to face sideways.
7. Raise your free arm straight toward the ceiling and turn your head to look at the hand.
8. Keep your hips lifted and your body in one straight line in the side plank.
9. Return the hand to the floor, do the next push-up, and rotate to the other side.
