## How to do the Staggered Stance Double Kettlebell Romanian Deadlift

1. Stand with one foot slightly ahead, a kettlebell in each hand.
2. Bend your knees slightly and push your hips back, keeping the kettlebells close.
3. Lower the kettlebells along your legs until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings.
4. Push through your front foot to stand up, returning to the starting position.
5. Repeat all reps on one leg before switching to the other side.

### Full technique — 7 steps

1. Stand with one foot about one foot length ahead of the other, both feet flat, holding a kettlebell in each hand at your thighs.
2. Set a slight knee bend, pull your shoulders back, and keep the kettlebells close to your legs.
3. Tighten your stomach and hinge by pushing your hips straight back without squatting down.
4. Lower the kettlebells along your legs toward your shins while keeping your spine neutral.
5. Lower until you feel a strong hamstring stretch or your torso approaches parallel to the floor.
6. Drive the front foot into the floor and extend your hips to stand tall.
7. Complete all reps on one side, then switch legs and repeat.
