2. Bend your knees and hips together, sitting straight down with your torso upright.
3. Lower until your hips reach at least knee level, then push back up.
4. Keep light pressure on the ball throughout.

### Full technique — 7 steps

1. Place a stability ball against a wall and lean your back into it.
2. Walk your feet slightly forward of the wall, about hip width apart, and clasp your hands in front of your chest.
3. Bend your knees and hips together, letting the ball roll down the wall with your back.
4. Keep your whole foot grounded and let your knees point the same way as your feet.
5. Lower until your hips reach at least knee level or your deepest stable position.
6. Drive through your whole foot to stand up, extending knees and hips together.
7. Keep light pressure into the ball so it rolls back up with you.
