## How to do the Resistance Band High-to-Low Chest Press

1. Stand facing away from a high anchor, one foot forward, handles at chest level.
2. Press the handles forward and down until your hands meet near your hips.
3. Return slowly to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement.
4. Keep your torso facing forward as you press and release the handles.

### Full technique — 6 steps

1. Anchor the band above head height behind you and take the handles with one foot staggered forward.
2. Step out until the band is taut and your torso stays tall over your hips.
3. Start with your hands wide at chest height and your elbows bent out to the sides.
4. Tighten your stomach and keep your shoulders down and back before pressing.
5. Press the handles forward and down until your arms are straight and your hands meet in front of your hips.
6. Return the handles to chest level under band tension without letting your torso rotate.
