### Full technique — 7 steps

1. Stand on the middle of the band with feet about hip width and handles at your sides.
2. Hold a handle in each hand with arms straight and palms facing forward.
3. Keep your elbows close to your sides and curl both handles up to your shoulders.
4. At the top of the curl, turn your wrists so your palms face forward with the handles just outside your shoulders.
5. Tighten your stomach and keep your ribs in line with your pelvis without leaning back into a big arch.
6. Press the handles upward until your arms are extended overhead.
7. Lower the handles back to shoulder level, turn your palms to face you, and lower them to your sides under control.
