## How to do the Neutral Grip Dumbbell Wrist Curl

1. Sit on a bench, forearm on your thigh, thumb side up.

3. Tilt the dumbbell up by bending only at your wrist.
4. Lower it slowly, then switch arms after the set.

### Full technique — 7 steps

1. Sit on a bench holding a dumbbell in one hand with your palm facing inward.
2. Rest your forearm on your thigh with the wrist just past your knee, thumb side up.
3. Place your free hand on your other knee for support.
4. Let your wrist bend down so the front end of the dumbbell tilts toward the floor.
5. Raise the dumbbell by bending only at the wrist toward your thumb until the handle is upright.
6. Lower it back to the tilted start under control without moving your forearm.
7. Finish all reps on one side, then switch arms and repeat.
