### Full technique — 6 steps

1. Stand tall with feet about hip width apart, holding one kettlebell by the handle with both hands in an overhand grip.
2. Keep your upper arms at your sides and bend your elbows to 90 degrees so your forearms are level with the floor.
3. Keep your forearms still and start with your wrists lowered into a stretched position.
4. Raise the kettlebell by extending your wrists without moving your elbows or forearms.
5. Lift until the backs of your hands are in line with your forearms or slightly higher.
6. Lower the kettlebell back down until your wrists return to the bottom stretched position.
