### Full technique — 7 steps

1. Stand tall with feet about hip width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand at your side.
2. Straighten the working elbow fully and let your free arm hang relaxed.
3. Tighten your stomach and keep your shoulders level before starting the raise.
4. Raise the arm out to the side and slightly forward, keeping the elbow straight.
5. Continue lifting until your arm is well above shoulder height.
6. Lower the kettlebell back to your side along the same path with steady control.
7. Finish all reps on one side, then switch arms and match the same standard.

## Common mistakes

- Swinging the torso for momentum
- Bending the elbow to shorten the lever
- Leaning away from the working arm
- Stopping at shoulder height
- Dropping the kettlebell on the way down

## Form cues

- Elbow stays straight
- Stand tall throughout
- Keep torso quiet
- Wrists stay neutral
