### Full technique — 10 steps

1. Stand with feet about shoulder width apart and the kettlebell on the floor between your feet.
2. Hinge back and grip the handle with one hand, keeping your spine neutral and shoulders square.
3. Explosively extend your hips and knees to lift the kettlebell from the floor.
4. Keep the kettlebell close to your body as your elbow travels back and then forward.
5. Punch your hand through the handle and let the kettlebell wrap softly into the rack.
6. Finish standing tall with wrist neutral, forearm vertical, and elbow resting near your ribs.
7. Press the kettlebell overhead until your arm is fully straight, keeping your wrist neutral.
8. Finish with the arm straight overhead, wrist neutral, and ribs in line with your pelvis.
9. Lower the kettlebell to the rack, then hinge and return it to the floor between your feet.
10. Complete all reps on one side, then switch arms.
