4. Stand back up and reach overhead again.

### Full technique — 7 steps

1. Stand with feet wider than hip width and clasp your hands together.
2. Reach your arms straight overhead as you extend through your ankles, knees, and hips.
3. Tighten your stomach and keep your ribs down before starting the slam.
4. Swing your hands down forcefully, as if slamming a ball to the floor.
5. Push your hips back and bend your knees so your hands finish between your feet.
6. Keep your back flat as your torso leans forward at the bottom.
7. Stand back up and reach overhead again to start the next rep.
